Attorney John Morgan made a political announcement in Pensacola Friday afternoon.
There has been talk of him running for governor in 2018 and in November of 2016 he released a statement that he was considering such a possibility.
Morgan spoke at the Panhandle Tiger Bay Club Friday, saying that he has not committed to a Florida Governor run in 2018, but has a framework for running.
Bottom line on @JohnMorganESQ's Panhandle Tiger Bay appearance: he's not committing to an #flgov18 run, but he has a framework for running.

Morgan is coming off of a political win where his push for legalizing medical marijuana won at the ballot two months ago.
Now that Miami Beach Mayor Philip Levine announced yesterday that he would be running, an announcement from Morgan could be right on time.
Morgan said he is first and foremost an American who's "a hundred percent for Donald Trump" right now.
