The hard-fought battle for the White House may have ended in November, but for many people, it is still ongoing on Inauguration Day.

Americans are still split over their feelings for President-elect Donald Trump, as some will be cheering for him as he takes the oath of office in Washington, D.C., but others will be protesting the Republican president-to-be.

Some of these views are reflected in a News 13 unscientific poll that was posted earlier this week.

The poll asked people how they would be participating in the inauguration today. With a total 4,029 votes as of 11 a.m., Friday, the results were mixed with the majority of people, 39 percent or 1,555, voting that they will be watching the inauguration live.

However, 1,336 people voted that they refuse to watch the former reality TV star and real estate giant take the oath of office.

Interestingly enough, 130 people voted that they would actually be at the event in Washington, D.C. on Friday.
