Markeith Loyd appeared before a judge again Saturday to face new charges.

His hearing was originally set for Friday morning but was postponed after Loyd refused to see the judge.

Today's hearing didn't last long, and Loyd didn't say a word.

"You have been charged on a warrant out of Orange County on three counts of aggravated assault with a firearm, probable cause has already been made," the judge said.

The new charges are related to an August 2016 incident.

Following Loyd's arrest earlier this month, a woman identified him as one of the men who pointed a gun at her last year.

Loyd is already charged with murder in the deaths of his pregnant ex-girlfriend, Sade Dixon, in December, and Orlando Police Lt. Debra Clayton earlier this month.

During a court appearance on Thursday, a judge ruled that Loyd was competent enough to represent himself at trial.

Loyd made several appearances during this past week, and in most cases, he was very combative to the judges.

"I'm here for what? I'm here for what?" Loyd asked a judge on Wednesday. Loyd was in court to face a resisting arrest charge. He uttered an expletive before being escorted out of the room.
