Disney and 21st Century Fox are close to announcing a deal, according to a CNBC report.

The two companies are set to make a formal announcement Thursday.

On Monday, Comcast took itself out of the running, making Disney the sole suitor for Fox’s assets.

So far, no official details have been released regarding which Fox properties Disney is set to acquire.

However, the deal could include Fox’s film and TV studios, Nat Geo and Fox’s regional sports networks, among other properties. Fox would keep its news division, broadcast network and Fox Sports.

It’s estimated that the deal would come with a $60 billion price tag.

Last week, reports circulated that Disney CEO Bob Iger would extend his contract if a deal with Fox was reached.

Since Iger took over the company in 2005, Disney has acquired Pixar, Marvel Entertainment and Lucasfilm.
