The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office helped federal authorities arrest two people who were wanted in St. Johns County on drug and child neglect charges.

William Tobias-Elliot Tinsley, 31, and Jocelyn McLaughlin, 21, were located at a home in Palm Coast on Friday.
“These two thought Flagler County would be a good place to hide out, but they were wrong,” said Sheriff Rick Staly in a news release.
Both had active warrants from St. Johns County, deputies said.
Tinsley had two active warrants for the sale of oxycodone and trafficking in a controlled substance. McLaughlin had an active warrant for child neglect.
Tinsley and McLaughlin were booked into the Flagler County Detention Facility. Both have been transferred to St. Johns County.
