The reward for information leading to an arrest in the fatal shooting of 26-year-old Bryant Ball has increased to $10,000, the Volusia County Sheriff's Office announced Tuesday.

Ball was shot multiple times in the 900 block of South Florida Avenue in DeLand on Nov. 29. He was found lying in the roadway at about 8:30 p.m., deputies said. Ball was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.

Sheriff Mike Chitwood authorized the reward. No charges have been filed and detectives are still investigating the homicide.
