Here's the Central Florida weather forecast for the weekend:

  • High temperatures in the 80s on Saturday
  • Cooler temperatures in store for Sunday
  • SEE BELOW: See our 7-day forecast

Under a partly cloudy sky, temperatures will be falling to near 60 by Saturday morning. Fog is expected to form late in the night, getting dense in spots by morning with visibility down to a quarter mile or less. Saturday will turn out partly sunny once the fog disperses as temperatures top out in the middle 80s.

The front will bring a few more clouds as it passes through late Saturday into early Sunday.

Ahead of the front, temperatures will get back into the middle 80s Saturday then behind the front Sunday, temperatures will be closer to normal as we top out in the middle to lower 70s.

Sunday morning looks to be better as dry air invades allowing low temperatures to fall back into the 50s temporarily. Our next best chance for rain will be with another front by the middle of next week.  Enjoy the final weekend of February!

Surf conditions Saturday are looking good for a change.  Wave heights are expected around 4 to 6 feet with water temperatures running near 70.  Rip current threat will be moderate under  partly sunny sky.
