Christopher Lewis, 50, won $1 million in the Florida Lottery's $10,000,000 FORTUNE scratch-off game, the agency said Thursday.

Lewis chose to receive his winnings as a one-time lump-sum payment of $792,000. He purchased his winning ticket from Kiwk Stop Food Store at 530 Cheney Highway in Titusville.

"I picked up the scratch-off ticket last night," Lewis said Thursday in a statement. "When I realized I had a winning ticket on my hands, I knew there was no way I was going to be able to get any sleep."

The $25 scratch-off game was launched in February 2016 and features more than $623 million in total cash prizes, including 46 prizes of $1 million and four prizes of $10 million.

The game's overall odds of winning are 1 in 2.88.
