Weather could keep a Falcon 9 rocket on the launch pad.

The SpaceX rocket is supposed to launch from Kennedy Space Center around 1:34 a.m.

But the launch is currently "no go" because of three different weather violations. There's a 60 percent chance that weather will prohibit the launch.

The rocket will carry an Echostar XXIII communications satellite into space.

The launch window lasts until 4:04 a.m.

The backup day will be early Thursday for the launch, which has a much better chance of good weather.
