An Orlando judge has granted a prosecutor's request to keep the Pulse gunman's widow, Noor Salman, in jail for now.

Salman is charged with helping her husband, Omar Mateen, before the attack at Pulse nightclub. They lived in Fort Pierce at the time.

According to the Associated Press, U.S. District Judge Paul Byron made the ruling late Thursday.

An order says Salman should stay in jail while a judge decides whether she should remain in custody until her trial.

A day earlier, a California federal judge ordered Salman's release but temporarily put the order on hold to give prosecutors time to appeal.
