The shooting occurred shortly before 2:30 a.m. at 38 West Washington St. after two men got into an argument.

According to the Orlando Police Department, one of the men who was shot was grazed in the head.

The other person was shot in his mid-section.

They were taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center and their conditions are not known at this time.

A tow truck removed three vehicles from the parking lot to be examined for further evidence.

News 13 spoke to one man who was working downtown when he heard sirens.

"I saw a couple blocks down, they got lights on, and I came across here and I saw the tape, so I knew something bad had to happen here," Irvin Drakfred said.

The parking lot is just down the road from an Orlando Police Department substation so officers were able to respond immediately.

At this time, the police department is not looking for any other suspects.
