A Brooksville man has won the new “$5,000 a week for life” scratch-off game.

Florida Lottery headquarters announced that Joseph Torraco III is the winner of the scratch-off game on Monday.
Torraco bought the winning ticket at a 7-Eleven station at 18902 North Dale Mabry Blvd. in Lutz.
He chose to receive his prize in annual payments of $260,000. Torraco is guaranteed the prize for a minimum of 20 years.
