We've discovered crab crostini melts with a mayo that's likely unlike what you have at home.

"It's mayonnaise, but it has mustard," said private chef Andy Williams, who's also a Kitchen Crafted ambassador. "It's got that grain mustard, and what I like about that is it has texture."

Chef's talking about the Creole Spread by Kitchen Crafted, a company that enjoys "the natural power of spice." Williams says the spread gives mayo a curious kick, one that will have your guests knowing you didn't use plain ol' boring white stuff.

Into the mix, he also sprinkled Kitchen Crafted's Cajun blend.

"[It has] chilies, garlic, but — once again — not over powering," he said.

Bite-sized baguette pieces are topped with the crabby mix, a tomato slice for color and a sprinkle of cheese for extra goodness.
