Nine people have been charged in connection to the death of Andrew Coffey, an FSU student dead at an off-campus pledge party in November.

All nine face charges of college hazing causing injury or death, according to the Tallahassee Police Department in a Facebook post.
Those nine are:

- Conner R. Ravelo
- Christopher M. Hamlin
- Anthony Petagine
- Anthony J. Oppenheimer
- John B. Ray
- Kyle J. Bauer
Coffey, 20, was unresponsive when paramedics arrived Friday, Nov. 3. They were unable to revive the Pompano Beach resident.
Coffey was a member of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity and lived off-campus.
At the time, Pi Kappa Phi said all chapter operations had been suspended, and Florida State University chapter members were to cooperate with the investigation. FSU later issued an "indefinite interim" suspension of all fraternities and sororities.
