A runner died after collapsing at the Disney Wine and Dine Half Marathon, according to Disney officials.
“We offer our sincerest sympathies to the family and loved ones of the runner during this difficult time,” said Jacquee Wahler, a Disney World spokesperson.
The name of the runner was not released.
More than 15,000 runners participate in the 13.1 mile race on Sunday.
