If you're going to be the only stadium in the country with three bowl games, the food better not underwhelm.

That's why Levy Restaurants' Chef Dan Madan and Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer invited Spectrum News 13 inside the kitchen to debut new offerings.

  • Levy Restaurants debuting new stadium food
  • Fans will have nearly 40 menu options to choose from
  • The chefs cook for about 30,000-50,000 people

The first is a hot dog topped with another part of the pig.

"If you wouldn't mind just spooning some of that [rub] on there," Madan told the Mayor. "I'm going to rub up the butt."

"Rub up the butt?" Dyer asked.

"Rub up the butt," Madan said,  laughing. "What can I say — maybe we need to put that on a t-shirt."

Rubbing-of-the-butt aside, the Camping World Stadium Dog is stacked with 12-hour smoked pulled pork.

Here are the remaining items we got to taste:

  • Camping World Stadium Dog: 12-hour smoked pulled pork, baked beans, cheddar cheese, crispy onions and mustard BBQ sauce
  • Citrus Bowl Dog: Slow smoked beef brisket, orange soda slaw (with actual orange soda), grilled green onion and horseradish sauce
  • CWS Spicy Boiled Peanuts: 24-hour simmered peanuts with a special blend of spices
  • Rosie’s Apple Pie S’more Sundae: Vanilla bean ice cream, chocolate sauce, cookie crumbs and mini marshmallows (this sundae is a returning item)

Prep and cooking starts about a week out from kick-off.

"We cook for, you know, 30,000 to 50,000 people here, so you can't do that the day before," Madan said.

Camping World Stadium has 29 permanent concession structures with a few dozen portable ones. So football fans will have nearly 40 menu options to choose from.

The two remaining college bowls taking place in Orlando are the Camping World Bowl with Oklahoma State and Virginia Tech, and the Citrus Bowl with LSU and Notre Dame.

Next month, the NFL Pro Bowl returns to the stadium for the second consecutive year.
