It's hot, you're wet, and you're hungry.

In between the water slides and wave pools, a day at the water park is also a day to fuel your body in the best way possible.

We spent the morning at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach to round up our Fave 5 nibbles, snacks, meals and sips.

"You have to watch what you eat at all times," said Chef Hal Taylor, who works at both parks. "You have to remember to stay hydrated."

Hydrated, and healthy — when possible. Kicking off our Fave 5 is the Sweet Potato Burger.

"It's sweet potato and beans," Taylor said, referring to the patty. On top, "onions and it has a sauce that's made with maple and sour cream."

No. 2 is the show-stopper. Just look at the main image above. That's the Sand Pail Sundae.

"It has chocolate chip cookies, graham cracker crumbs, whipped cream, chocolate, caramel, cherries," Taylor said, smiling. "It's just cool."

"Wha - what's that?" Taylor Jesimper, of Scotland, asked as he spotted the sundae. We had him try it.

"WOW," he said, as he walked off with the pail.

Another nosh we chose is the Slow-Pulled Pork on a Burger with Grilled Pineapple. Out of all of the offerings Disney had prepared for us, this one got the most attention from guests.

Well, almost.

"We have our famous mini-donuts!" Taylor said, reaching for the doughy, yet surprisingly light nuggets. "You can't come to the park without having these."

They're served with several kinds of dipping sauces, like raspberry and chocolate.

To wash it all down is a "Frozen"-colored rum-based drink.

"This is our adult beverage - it's a Typhoon Tilly," he said, which has rum, Midori, Creme de Banana, and Blue Curacao blended with pina colada mix. "At the end of the day, what better way to relax than have one of these by your side."

So here they are - in summary!
