BeaverTails, the popular Canada-based company, is coming back to Orlando.

  • Canada's BeaverTails pastries previously available at Epcot
  • Popular snacks made with whole wheat, hand-stretched, fried
  • Company to open location at Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets

The tasty pastries were previously available at Epcot at Walt Disney World for several years until they weren't. A small kiosk was set up in the Canada pavilion. Since then, the only way to get them, in Orlando at least, was at the IAAPA convention each year. The booth consistently draws long lines.

Now, the company is opening a location at at the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets in May.

A specific date has not yet been announced.

BeaverTails' pastries are made with whole wheat, then hand-stretched and fried.

They come in a variety of flavors, including maple, cinnamon sugar, chocolate hazelnut and chocolate banana.

BeaverTails also offers other food items like poutine, Beaver Dogs (hot dogs wrapped in pastry) and Beaver Bites (hot pastry served with frozen yogurt).

There is no word yet what food items will be available at the Orlando location.
