The Orlando Predators' Performance Guarantee just got a little more difficult to fulfill.

QB Kyle Rowley was arrested this morning on charges of DUI and resisting arrest without violence. Rowley is a former Arena Bowl Championship Game MVP and is the only QB to ever win an AFL Arena Bowl and AF2 Championship.

In their matchup against rival Tampa Bay on Saturday, Rowley was just 6-17, with 70 yards passing and 2 interceptions before being replaced by Chris Dixon.

The Predators became the first professional sports franchise to guarantee on-field performance when they announced their "Performance Guarantee" before the season. If the team fails to win 10 of their 18 games, season ticket holders will be given a credit towards future games.

Their record stands at 0-4 after their loss to the Storm, and they must win 10 of their next 14 games to fulfill their guarantee.

The Predators issued the following statement on the incident...

This morning, Orlando Predators Kyle Rowley was charged with driving under the influence and resisting arrest without violence.

"We are aware of the situation with Kyle this morning and are working with our coaches and legal representatives to address the problem," said Brett Bouchy. "This was an unfortunate mistake on Kyle's part and we will handle the problem accordingly".

The Orlando Predators team and organization do not condone, enforce or excuse driving under the influence or endangering the safety of others. Once we have had our internal investigation, we will address this issue further.
