There’s something in the water at Tampa Prep. How else do you explain the record-breaking times from the junior class boys?

There’s just something about the juniors on the Terps boys swim team. They know how to make a splash.

“They’re characters,” Tampa Prep coach Jason Bowes said. “They have a good balance. They’ve been able to balance that play, have a good time and let’s be serious and get some work done.”

That tight bond translates into success in the pool.  This group is already turning in All-American consideration and school-record breaking times, a month before state.

“Our junior class is amazing,” said Tyler Duic. “We all know each other, we love each other. We work together really well. We’ve just built up a relationship that’s really strong. So we all know each other and push each other.”
