Yoan Moncada has arrived at the spring training offices of the Boston Red Sox.
Boston has a pending agreement to sign the 19-year-old Cuban, a deal that includes a $31.5 million signing bonus, a record for an international amateur under 23 years old.
Wearing a white T-shirt, jeans and sneakers, he entered the club's spring training complex just after 8 a.m and went straight into the offices.
Moncada had a physical scheduled for Wednesday in Boston and Florida, and his agent said the deal likely would be finalized by Friday.
