The top-ranked team in the BHSN Baseball poll displayed their dominance on the Game of the Week, as Winter Haven defeated Bartow 10-2 in the regular season finale for both teams.

The Blue Devils batted around in both the bottom of the third and the fourth inning. Two seniors took center stage on Senior Night - Josh Olechnowicz finished 2-for-3 with a triple and an RBI single, while Nitro Circus Live Player of the Game Riley Johnson reached base in all four at bats, including an RBI triple and a two-run single. Tobias Myers gave up just one earned run in three innings, striking out four Yellow Jackets.

Riley Troutt was a bright spot for Bartow, as he finished a perfect 3-for-3 with an RBI and a run.

The Blue Devils (21-3) enter the 6A District 8 Tournament as the top seed and receive a bye into the semifinals. They'll face the winner of Lake Region-Tenoroc, as they look to advance to their second straight state title game (6A Runner-Up to Mater Academy last season).

The Yellow Jackets (16-9) are the #3 seed in 7A District 6 and will play Ridge Community in the district quarterfinals.
