Seminole soccer standout Thomas Whiting has signed to play collegiate soccer at Maryville College in Maryville, Tennessee.
Whiting was a four-year letterman in varsity soccer under head coach Rick Masi.
During his senior year, he was named the Warhawks' Forward of the Year.
Whiting played his club soccer for Tampa Bay United under the direction of head coach Eric Sims.
"Thomas is a very versatile player," said Maryville College Head Coach Pepe Fernandez.
"He can play in the back or play as a forward. His skill and field vision should put him in the mix immediately at MC."
Thomas is the son of Kurt and Zofia Whiting both of Seminole.
