Lennard high school senior catcher Ricardo “Sub” Sanjurjo has signed a letter of intent to play baseball for Andrew College in Cuthbert, GA.
Andrew College is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association (GCAA).
A three-year varsity letterman, Sanjurjo finished his career with a .961 Fielding Percentage, .423 On Base Percentage and a .333 Caught Stealing Percentage.
He was also selected to the 2015 All-Western Conference Federal Division 2nd Team, which is voted on by Hillsborough County's public school head coaches.
Sanjurjo becomes the fourth Lennard senior baseball player to sign a college letter of intent this year.
