UCF men’s basketball looks to snap a three-game losing streak Thursday night as they travel to New Orleans, Louisiana, to face off against Tulane at 8 p.m. ET on ESPNews. The Green Wave are on a five-game losing streak and have just one league win, which came against USF.

The Knights have a stranglehold on the all-time series, leading 7-2 (10-2 if including the vacated wins in 2009, 2010 and 2011). The Black & Gold have won the last five meeting (eight if including the vacated wins), including a season sweep last year.

A.J. Davis has led the Knights this season, averaging 13.1 points and 5.9 rebounds. He is one of two players in The American averaging at least 13 points, five rebounds and three assists.

Justin McBride has been big for UCF since entering conference play, scoring 12 points per game and grabbing 7.1 boards per clip. He ranks top 15 in the league in both categories.

THE SERIES

- The Tennessee transfer is one of two players (Shaquille Harrison, Tulsa) in the league averaging over 13 points, five rebounds and three assists per game.
- Davis currently ranks 10th in The American in points per game during league games, posting 14.3 points per clip.

MAKING THE EASY ONES
- Currently, the Black & Gold have four players shooting over 75 percent from the line.
- A.J. Davis is the Knights’ most frequent visitor of the free-throw line, and he is shooting 82 percent (91-of-111), which ranks seventh in The American.
- UCF has proven to be very clutch at the line, shooting 75.2 percent with under five minutes remaining in regulation/overtime and 76.9 percent in the final two minutes of games.

WILLIAMS FROM DOWNTOWN
- Matt Williams ranks sixth in The American in three-point percentage in league games, shooting 45.2 percent from behind the arc (19-of-42). He is averaging 2.4 three pointers over the last eight games.
- The Orlando, Florida, native has 128 career three pointers, which is 14 from tying Gary Johnson (142, 2003-05) from 10th on UCF’s all-time list.

MCBRIDE PLAYING BIG
- Justin McBride has been playing the best ball of his career since entering league action, averaging 12 points and 7.1 rebounds over the last eight games, which rank 15th in points and ninth in boards in the conference.
- The 6-foot-10, 300-pound center leads the conference in field goal percentage during league play, shooting 63.5 percent from the floor.
- On Jan. 11, McBride was named to the AAC Honor Roll after averaging 15 points and seven boards in a 101 week for the Knights.

WHEN 85 ISN’T ENOUGH
- The Knights have lost three games this season in regulation when they have scored 85 or more points.
- The last time UCF had a loss when scoring 85 or more in regulation as Jan. 3, 2007, at Colorado (96-87).
- Prior to this season, the Knights had only lost three times in regulation when scoring 85 or more points (Jan. 3, 2007 at Colorado; Feb. 22, 2001 vs. Georgia State; Jan. 22, 2000 vs. Stetson).
- The last season UCF lost three games in regulation when posting 85 or more points was 1990-91 (three).

HANDS UP!
- UCF ranks sixth in the nation in fewest personal fouls per game at 15.5.
- The Knights have committed 15 or fewer fouls in 11 games this season, charting a season-low seven fouls against UNC Greensboro.

SIZE MATTERS
- UCF has the seventh biggest roster in NCAA Division I men’s basketball with an average height of 6-6.78. Florida State holds the top spot with an average height of 6-7.53.
- The Knights are also one of seven programs to lead the NCAA with having six players 6-9 or taller on their roster. Others with six are: Duke, Louisville, Maryland, San Diego State, UCLA and Oregon State.

FALL FACTOR
- Fall currently ranks 38th in the nation in blocks per game with 2.05 and fourth among all freshmen.
- His 39 blocks currently rank third for freshman in UCF history (53 - Anthony Williams, 2004-05; 45 - Keith Clanton, 2009-10).
- Nine blocks from tying Jeff Dorschner (1981-82) for 10th in UCF history for most blocks in a single season with 48. John Friday has the school record at 74 (1986-87).
- Fall was named The American Rookie of the Week on Dec. 7 after averaging 15.5 points, 8.5 boards and three blocks in the Knights’ wins over Stetson and Illinois-Chicago.

TAYLOR OUT FOR THE SEASON
- Sophomore B.J. Taylor will sit out and redshirt the 2015-16 season, due to a lower leg injury he suffered during practice in October.
- Taylor led the Knights in scoring last season with 12.8 points, while also being The American’s top scoring freshman.
- The Orlando, Florida, native was named to the league’s All-Rookie Team last year.
