The Tampa Bay Lightning announced their 82-game regular season schedule for their 25th anniversary season on Thursday. Tampa Bay will host seven games in October highlighted by two games against the defending Stanley Cup champion Pittsburgh Penguins on October 12 and 21.

The Florida Panthers will come to the Amalie Arena on October 6 for the Bolts home opener, the first of 13 Eastern Conference opponents in Tampa Bay’s first 15 games.

The Lightning will play 14 of their final 20 games at Amalie Arena which will host the 2018 NHL All-Star Weekend during the weekend of January 27-29 including the All-Star Skills Competition and All-Star Game.

Tampa Bay will play 13 back-to-back games including 8 of those contests on the road.
