About the matchup:

The Jacksonville Jaguars are in an unusual position, sitting alone in first place in the AFC south are a surprise win over the Houston Texans in Week 1. The Jags set a franchise of ten sacks during the 29-7 rout, earning themselves the nickname ‘Sacksonville.’ DE Calais Campbell, who played his college ball at UM, accounted for four of the 10 sacks, a career-high and franchise record.

RB Leonard Fournette, who was chosen with the 4th pick of the 2017 Draft, already made a difference in his NFL regular season debut, with 26 carries for 100 yards and a touchdown. QB Blake Bortles, whom much of the focus surrounded during the pre-season, threw a respectable 11-21 for 125 yards and a touchdown. Most importantly the Oviedo native and UCF grad had zero turnovers.

At home now as the city of Jacksonville recovers from Hurricane Irma, the Jaguars have an opportunity to go 2-0 for the first time since 2006.

Three and out:

1. Titans QB Marcus Mariota returns to Jacksonville for the first time after breaking his leg at Everbank in a 2016 loss.

2.  The Jaguars will be playing without top wide receiver Allen Robinson who is out for the sason with a torn left ACL.

3.  The Jaguars spent two extra nights in Houston following the season opening win because of Hurricane Irma. Jaguars owner Shad Khan donated $1 million to relief efforts and the team is giving away 5,000 game tickets to first responders and families displaced by the hurricane.
