About the matchup:

In what has become a yearly tradition, the Jacksonville Jaguars travel to London, England this weekend for an overseas game versus the Baltimore Ravens.

Opening the season 1-1, the Jags will have a tough task ahead as the Ravens look to start the year 3-0. Baltimore is noted for a strong defense, and leads the league in takeaways, which doesn’t bode well for QB Blake Bortles. Overall in their first two games, the Ravens have eight interceptions and two forced fumble recoveries. The squad has also allowed only 10 points.

Bortles’ numbers through the first two games of the season are mixed as the Oviedo native and UCF grad has gone 31-55 for 348 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions.

After showing promise in all aspects in Week 1, the Jags regressed versus the Tennessee Titans in Week 2, due to a strong surge by the Titans in the second half.

Three and out:

1. This is the Jaguars fifth time playing overseas in London, while it is Baltimore’s first.

2.  The Jaguars are 2-2 while playing in London.

3.  Jacksonville is the only NFL team to have an ongoing contract to play a game a year in London, with the current contract lasting through 2020.
