More than 100,000 college football fans are descending on Tampa for the College Football Playoff National Championship Game.

And with that comes the unwanted byproducts: traffic and parking issues.

So, with that in mind, remember to have a plan before heading out, don't expect to park too close, think about public transportation in and around downtown and be patient.

There will be increased congestion and delays in the areas surrounding Amalie Arena, The Tampa Convention Center and Curtis Hixon Park through Sunday.
