Buddy Pittman, Auto Racing Expert
Buddy Pittman brings decades of covering NASCAR and all forms of motorsports to Spectrum Sports as a racing analyst and reporter.
A native of Georgia, Pittman moved to Orlando in 1971. He began his career in the production department at WESH-TV in Winter Park, and eventually became a sportscaster there. He worked for a brief time in Cininnati and at Channel 6 in Orlando, but spent over 30 years at WESH before retiring in 2006. During that time, he earned his stripes as a NASCAR insider, covering nearly 40 Daytona 500s in his time in Central Florida.
Pittman was a part of our football broadcasts in 2006 and 2007.
Buddy also hosted a motorsports show called Lights, Camera, Traction on Spectrum Sports. He can currently be seen covering the happenings at Daytona International Speedway, along with the St. Pete Grand Prix.
