Panera Bread plans to hire more than 10,000 workers nationwide.

It's part of the restaurant's plan to increase its locations that deliver, bumping its delivery locations from 15 percent of their restaurants to around 35 percent by the end of this year.

The new hiring positions include drivers and in-store employees.

Panera says it is also implementing new tracking technology so that customers can track their orders online.

There are about 160 Panera locations in Florida, according to the website menuism.com.
