Nine people were injured in a crash involving a Lynx bus and two other vehicles, fire officials said.

A spokesperson for Orange County Fire Rescue said nine people were injured, with eight of them taken to the hospital for minor injuries. The ninth person declined transport, officials said.

The accident happened around 4:40 p.m. on Lee Road at Goddard Avenue.

The Florida Highway Patrol reported the westbound right lane was blocked.

Troopers said the bus was traveling west on Lee Road when the driver of a Honda Pilot clipped the back left side of the bus, and then swerved in front of it, hitting a Lynx bus sign and crashing into another car.

The crash is still under investigation.
