Here's the weather forecast for the workweek ahead for Central Florida:

  • Highs today will be around 80 degrees
  • Plenty of sunshine, only isolated rain chances
  • SEE BELOW: See the 7-day forecast

It’s going to get a bit cool again tonight as temperatures fall back into the middle to upper 50s by Tuesday’s 7:33 a.m. sunrise. A few high clouds will be around overnight with no rain. Tuesday we will warm up to the 80s in the afternoon under a mostly sunny sky.

Our wind will be shifting back from the east northeast, increasing our dewpoints as moisture gets drawn inland from the Atlantic.  There will be little if any rain as temperatures return to seasonable levels.

A cold front will be dropping in by the middle of the week and wash out as it arrives.  Our wind will be increasing along with a few more clouds, but the weakening cold front will have little effect on our temperatures or chance for rain.

Tropical season runs through November 30.  At this time, no formation is anticipated over the next few days.

Surf conditions are forecast to be poor Tuesday with wave heights only around 1 to 2 feet.  Rip current threat is moderate and water temperatures are running in the upper 70s.
