The Central Florida doctor convicted of taking photos, video up a woman’s skirt at Publix has been arrested, according to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.

Dr. Akram Ismail was arrested Friday for driving on a suspended license days after he was released from jail.

According to investigators, Ismail was caught taking pictures or video up women’s skirts at a Publix in Groveland in 2015.

He was found guilty of attempted video voyeurism in April and sentenced to serve his time at the Lake County Jail.

Ismail has had prior run-ins with the law. In 2009, Ismail was accused of having involvement in a murder-for-hire plot.
