Luis Davila-Quinones, 44, was asked questions in both English and Spanish during his appearance in Osceola County but refused to make any statements.

He only said his name during the brief Friday hearing where a judge said there is sufficient probable cause and bond will stay at zero.

Deputies had been looking for Quinones since the alleged incident last Sunday.

The Sheriff's Office said Davila-Quinones ordered a 10-year-old girl in both Spanish and English to get into his vehicle. Surveillance footage provided by the Sheriff's Office shows a young girl running away from a red car.

"At least some parents can rest that he's not out there, and he's not going to be hurting any other children," said Niobis Jaquez, the girl's grandmother.

Niobis Jaquez, the 10-year-old girl's grandmother, said Friday that 'he's not going to be hurting any other children.'

The 10-year-old girl is the reason the suspect is behind bars, Osceola Sheriff Russell Gibson said. He said she was able to identify the suspect and provided officials with a detailed description of what he looked like.

"The composite drawing, the information that the 10-year-old girl provided, is really so close to the actual photograph that we obtained from the suspect. It's almost uncanny," Gibson said.

"She said, 'Nana I close my eyes and I see him telling me, demanding for me to get in the car, so I remember him,'" Jaquez said.

Quinones was arrested Thursday night on charges of attempted kidnapping of a child under the age of 13. He will be assigned a public defender.
