LOS ANGELES (AP) — At age 80, Bill Cosby has built a lifetime of achievement.

But experts say it's unlikely to withstand his conviction in a Pennsylvania courtroom Thursday.

Jurors found the comedian guilty of drugging and molesting Andrea Constand, whose 2004 experience with Cosby echoed that of so many of his accusers.

As the star of "I Spy" and "The Cosby Show," the comedian made an unmatched contribution to ethnic equality.

But his work will now be seen through the hindsight of his being a predator, said Martin Kaplan, Norman Lear Professor of Entertainment, Media and Society at the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.
