ORLANDO, Fla.— Wine Bar George, the new restaurant and bar from Master Sommelier George Miliotes will soon open at Disney Springs.

The 200-seat wine bar will feature more than 130 selections of wine by the bottle, glass and ounce.
The menu will include an “Outstanding by the Ounce” section, which will feature wines selected by Miliotes. Those wines can be ordered in 1 ounce, 3 ounce or 6 ounce pours.
“It is my responsibility to bring joy to the wine list and the experience,” Miliotes said in a Disney Parks Blog post. “I want Wine Bar George to encourage conversations of what is brilliant and special in the wine world.”
In addition to wines, the restaurant will feature a selection of small plate items such as crispy mac & cheese bites, porchetta spiced pork cheeks, grilled octopus with lemon vinaigrette, a meat and cheese board and olive oil cake. A few family-style entrees will served, including grilled whole Greek sea bass.
An official opening date for Wine Bar George has not yet been announced.
