ORLANDO, Fla. -- Disney World has launched an online system for lost and found items.

  • Disney World launches online lost and found tracking system
  • Guests can fill out an online form and receive updates
  • The system is powered by Chargerback

Guests who lose an item at any Disney World theme parks, water parks, Disney Springs, ESPN Wide World of Sports or on any Disney transportation can fill now out a form online.

Disney has partnered with Chargerback to help track lost and found items.

A link on the official Disney World website will redirect guests to a website powered by Chargerback where they can complete a form.

Guests can select the type of item they lost from a drop-down menu. The form also includes fields for where the item was lost and when the item was lost.

Once the form is filled out, guests will receive a notification with a lost item claim number.

Disney’s lost and found team will look for the item and provide updates within 48 hours.

Valuable items such as purses, credit cards, cameras and prescription glasses will be held for 90 days. Other items such as sunglasses, hats, toys and clothes will be held for 30 days.

For items lost at a Disney World Resort hotel, guests should contact the specific resort lobby concierge.

Chargerback provides lost and found recovery services for airlines, casinos, cruise lines and rental car companies.

To report a lost item, visit the Disney World website.
