ORLANDO, Fla. -- The new food truck from the company behind 4 Rivers Smokehouse has opened at Disney Springs.

The 4R Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck is located in the Marketplace area, near World of Disney.
The new concept features a menu of barbacoa-style dishes, including taco cones, burrito bowls, tacos and nachos. Vegetarian options like the squash blossom quesadilla are also available.
For those with a sweet tooth, the food truck will be serving up dulce de leche churro balls and chocolate hazelnut spread nachos.
The 4R Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck is the first 4 Rivers location to offer service seven days a week. All other locations are closed on Sundays.
