ORLANDO, Florida -- Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is getting a new 15-story tower.

On Tuesday, new renderings as well as new details of the tower were shared on the Disney Parks Blog.

The tower will include 545 guest rooms and a two-story lobby. It will also serve as the main entry point to the resort.

In addition to the rooms, the tower will feature at themed restaurant at the top.

The tower isn't the only update at the resort. Coronado Springs' 1,800-plus rooms have been given new fixtures, furnishing and lighting. And, a new restaurant will be added to the resort's 14-acre lake, Lago Dorado.

The expansion is expected to open next summer.
