ORLANDO, Fla. -- Pepe by José Andrés, a grab-and-go concept, is set to open at Disney Springs, ThinkFoodGroup announced Wednesday.

  • Pepe by José Andrés coming to Disney Springs
  • Grab-and-go concept will be attached to the upcoming Jaleo
  • Menu to include soup, salads, and Spanish-style sandwiches

The new eatery will be attached to Chef Andrés' full-service restaurant Jaleo. Both are schedule to open this winter.

Pepe will be the first brick-and-mortar version of Andres' popular food truck. It's menu will feature Spanish-style sandwiches--including bocatas and bikinis--salads, soups, sides and sangria.

Other menu offerings include pollo frito, made with breaded chicken breast, alioli, bravas sauce, piparra peppers, gem lettuce and sherry dressing; serrano y manchego, served on crispy pan de cristal with tomato fresco; and bocata de vegetales, made with roasted peppers, onion, green asparagus, spinach and manchego cheese on pan de cristal.

The walls of Pepe will be decorated with a mural by Marc Jesús and feature the painter's blue-skinned female characters.
