  • 13 basketball activities for fans
  • Visitors can test their skills, see how they stack up

Located on the complex's West Site, the attraction include 13 basketball activities spread across two floors. On the ground level, visitors will find an exhibit featuring NBA and WNBA players, the Combine experience and the NBA Store. Upstairs there are even more activities, including a dunking experience, a slingshot experience and a basketball court where a game clock counts down your shots.

When visitors enter the NBA Experience, they'll tap their ticket on the basketball touchpoint before entering the main court area. The ticket will also be used to activate the activities located throughout the building. If tickets were linked to a Magic Band, it can be used at both the touchpoints and activities.

Although most of the activities are on the second level, there are a few on the first level.

The Combine experience will let visitors see how they stack up to the basketball superstars. At this activities, technology will measure wingspan, reach and vertical leap. The results will be displayed on an interactive screen included in each bay. Visitors will also get a chance to improve their shooting skills here.

Upstairs, visitors can perfect their ball-handling skills at Dribble. At Shoot!, visitors can see how many shots they can make from different areas of the court as the game clock counts down.

At Draft, visitors can get a photo-op with wax figure of NBA commissioner Adam Silver after being "drafted" by their favorite team.

Other activities include Slingshot, where visitors can test accuracy by using slingshots to launch balls into hoops; Dunk!, where visitors can get perfect their slam dunk; an arcade area with video games; and trivia.

Disney CEO Bob Iger and a slew of NBA and WNBA stars were at The NBA Experience on Monday for a grand opening ceremony. Among them, Grant Hill, Dwyane Wade, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and Swin Cash.

"NBA Experience lets everyone who loves the game, live it," Iger said in a statement. "We're excited to open the doors to a fun and unique experience for fans of all ages."

One-day tickets for the NBA Experience cost $34 for adults and $29 for children ages 3-9. Each ticket includes access to every activity, which visitors can return to multiple times.

NBA Experience replaces DisneyQuest, the five-story indoor interactive attraction that featured virtual reality as well as classic arcade games. DisneyQuest closed its doors in 2017.
