ORLANDO, Fla. – Halloween Horror Nights ended a week ago and Universal Orlando has already revealed the dates for next year's edition.

  • Halloween Horror Nights returns Sept. 10-Oct. 31, 2020
  • The event will celebrate its 30th anniversary next year
  • Universal is promising "10 brand-new haunted houses"

The popular Halloween event will be held select nights September 10-October 31, 2020.

Although details about Universal will celebrate HHN's "30 years of fear" remain scares, Universal is promising a lineup of "10 brand-new haunted houses, five bone-chilling scare zones, live entertainment and more."

Past events have featured houses inspired by Stranger Things, The Walking Dead, American Horror Story and more.

Halloween Horror Nights started in Orlando as a three-night event in 1991. It has since expanded to Universal's other theme parks, including Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Studios Japan.
