ORLANDO, Fla. – Disney's Animal Kingdom will celebrate the 50th anniversary of Earth Day with special activities and entertainment in April.

The multi-day event will take place April 18-22 and include behind-the-scenes tours, specialty food, character greetings, special photo opportunities and more.

Disney Imagineer Joe Rohde will be part of Tiffin Talks, a special dining experience that includes a four-course meal and a lively discussion with Rohde.

Throughout the event, park visitors will be able to hear from Animal Kingdom's animal experts and educators in the "Wild by Nature Speaker Series." Presentations will be held in the Theater in the Wild venue in DinoLand U.S.A.

National Geographic explorers and photographers will be also share their experiences and "never-before-seen" images and footage.

The event will also mark the 25th anniversary of the Disney Conservation Fund, which has helped save at-risk wildlife around the world.
