ORLANDO, Fla. — Walt Disney World will start the new year off with a "taste" of its annual arts festival.

The Epcot International Festival of the Arts will return in January as the Taste of Epcot International Festival of the Arts. The modified festival will run January 8 - February 22, Disney announced Wednesday on its official Parks Blog.
The event will include more than 15 food studios serving up culinary art around the World Showcase. Visitors will also be able participate in a paint-by-numbers mural and step into artwork at special photo op spots located throughout the park.
Since the festival is themed to the arts, artwork from various artists will be on display and available for purchase.
The list of offerings does not include the popular Disney on Broadway Concert series. Instead, the blog post mention performances from Mariachi Cobre and the JAMMitors.
The concert series was canceled for the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, with both Mariachi Cobre and JaMMitors performing at the America Gardens Theatre throughout the day.
More information about the Taste of Epcot International Festival of the Arts will be shared in the coming months.
