LOS ANGELES (CNS) — Rob Kardashian and former fiancee Blac Chyna have officially settled a lawsuit brought against both by a man who alleged he was bullied by both on the internet and forced to move out of state to avoid the fallout.

Court papers confirming the accord in the suit brought in October 2017 by Justin C. “Pilot” Jones were filed Thursday with Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Robert S. Draper by Jones’ attorney, Felicia A. Mobley. No terms were divulged.

The possibility of a settlement surfaced in June as part of a resolution of Chyna’s revenge porn case against Kardashian, which also was settled just before trial. Chyna’s real name is Angela Renee White.

Jones alleged he was wrongly accused of releasing to the celebrity media in October 2016 a photo taken in 2015 of Chyna and the plaintiff kissing that falsely insinuated they were previously in a relationship and also caused some publications to incorrectly suggest that Jones was the father of the pregnant Chyna’s then-unborn child.

Chyna subsequently posted on her Instagram account that Jones was gay and Kardashian sent the plaintiff a series of group texts on Chyna’s cell phone, including, “You deserve a beating,” according to the suit.

Chyna, now 34, and Kardashian, now 35, were a couple at that time. They had a daughter, Dream Renee, in November 2016 and broke up in 2017.

Fearing that he could be harmed, Jones moved from Los Angeles to Louisiana with his family, the suit stated. Jones has two minor sons and believed the alleged disparagement by Kardashian and Chyna caused him to lose all hope of regaining his respect with his children, according to the suit.

Jones’ case was whittled over time to allegations of public disclosure of private facts and intentional infliction of emotional distress against Chyna and the emotional distress claim only against Kardashian.
