The Florida Supreme Court will hear arguments this week about a proposed nuclear power plant in Levy County, according to the Tampa Bay Times.
Progress Energy customers are already paying for the proposed plant, even though the project could still fall through.
If that happens, Progress Energy would not be required to offer refunds and would be able to pocket some of the cash.
A hearing about that policy is scheduled for Thursday.
