It won't be as cool for Thursday morning as we’ve seen the past few mornings. Expect lows in the 50s and 60s. Skies will remain mostly clear.

Thursday will be mostly sunny with highs in the low to mid 80s, but only 70s at the coast. It will actually be slightly cooler due to an onshore breeze coming in from the Gulf.

  • Onshore breeze
  • Weak front Friday
  • Weekend rain chance

Thursday night will be mostly clear with lows in the 60s and 50s.

A very weak front will technically slide through the area Friday, but it will go mostly unnoticed with just a few clouds coming along with it. Highs will still be in the low to mid 80s for most of the region, but 70s for Citrus and Hernando County that day.

The front will then stall almost right on top of us. So moisture will start to increase in our area and humidity will start to rise. That will result in rain chances coming back into the picture starting this weekend.

Friday night will be partly cloudy with lows in the 60s.

Saturday will be partly cloudy with highs in the low 80s. There could be just enough moisture to squeeze out a couple isolated showers that afternoon but the coverage will be low.

Saturday night will be partly cloudy with lows in the 60s.

Sunday will be partly sunny to variably cloudy with a better chance of scattered storms in the afternoon to evening. The coverage appears to be at about 40 percent.
