Scattered showers and storms will push into the Gulf and end later this evening. 

Overnight will be mostly cloudy. Lows will be in the 60s to near 70.

Sunday will feature more moisture moving in overhead, so rain chances increase with a 50 percent coverage of scattered showers and storms.  The timing is mainly afternoon to evening. Highs will remain in the low to mid 80s. Rain will develop on the east coast early, then will move west.  A sea breeze will likely be a focus for evening storms.

Monday’s rain chance increases as a front pushes moisture in the from the gulf. That will result in a 60 percent coverage of scattered showers and storms moving through the region. Highs will be in the low 80s.  It will be breezy and muggy.

Drier air will then start moving in after that along with slightly lower temperatures. 

Expect a 30 percent chance of  lingering showers Tuesday, otherwise expect partly cloudy skies with highs in the upper 70s. It will be breezy with an onshore wind.

Wednesday and Thursday will have partly cloudy skies, light winds and highs in the upper 70s to near 80.

Another front will move in Friday night.
