Here's your Tampa area weather forecast for late Tuesday into Wednesday morning, with a look at conditions through the end of the week.

  • Less humid
  • Below average temperatures
  • Nearly perfect weather

The drier air moved in with the showers being pushed down to the southern part of the state. Along with the drier comes lower humidity, so there is a noticeable difference in how it feels out there now.

Temperatures will bottom out in the low to mid 60s, but upper 50s for Citrus and Hernando counties. Skies will remain mostly clear.

Wednesday will be another gorgeous day with very low humidity and a nice breeze off the gulf. Usually by this time of year we’re already talking about when summer temperatures will begin, soo enjoy this while you can, because we all know our summer heat will be starting very soon once these cold fronts stop coming.

For now, enjoy the mostly sunny skies for Wednesday and highs in the upper 70s to low 80s.

Wednesday night will be mostly clear with lows in the 60s and 50s.

Thursday will be fantastic also, with mostly sunny skies and highs in the upper 70s to low 80s.

Friday will feature another weak cold front passing through. There will only be a few showers as it passes; otherwise, just partly cloudy skies.

The main thing the front will do is yet again reinforce the drier, less humid air headed into the weekend. Highs will be in the low 80s for Friday and Saturday.

Sunday into next Monday is when our temperatures will finally bump up into the mid to upper 80s due to a wind shift. The winds will come from the east, keeping our cooler sea breeze pinned in the Gulf. That will result in the warmest air piling up on our side of the state.

The humidity will still remain low during this time, however, so the mornings and evenings will still be comfortable.
